Jeffrey Richard Faltz, 37, of Oswego, IL died suddenly on Monday, July 10, 2023, from injuries sustained in an accident. He was born December 29, 1985, in Chicago, IL and was welcomed into our family by Christine and Richard Faltz in 1988.

He graduated from Oswego High School Class of 2004. He loved spending his free time fishing and being outdoors.

He is survived by his son, Brayden Faltz, his parents Christine and Richard Faltz, his siblings Amanda (Michael) Stanley, Brian (Tina) Faltz, Michael (Leslie) Faltz, Dawn Faltz, Katey (Andy) Clements, Rebecca Faltz, Ashlee Faltz, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friend Christie.

There will be no visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Dan Stempora at St Anne Catholic Church, 551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Private interment will follow at St John the Baptist Cemetery in Somonauk, IL.
