Jacqueline M. Wisniewski, age 77, of Sun City West, AZ, formerly of Shelby Township, MI, peacefully passed away on June 25, 2023 in Arizona. She was born June 29, 1945 in Vincennes, IN, the daughter of Allen J. and Norma Lee nee Taylor LeCompte.

Prior to her retirement, Jacqueline was a teacher, ran the family home and businesses, and participated in many volunteer activities serving her children, church and community.

Most recently, Jacqueline was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Aurora, IL where she participated in the GEMS group, and previously was a proud founding parish council member of St Therese of Lisieux parish in Shelby Township, MI. She enjoyed bowling, photography, gardening, cake decorating and loved being involved with her grandchildren's activities.

She is survived by her children Christine Marie (Robert) Willacker of Ann Arbor, MI, Ruthanne Eileen Wisniewski of Surprise, AZ, Brian Joseph (Heather) Wisniewski of San Francisco, CA, Theresa Elizabeth (Matthew) Clifford of Naperville, IL, 12 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and friends.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Frank "Doc" Wisniewski.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 11, 2023 from 1:00 PM until a Mass of Christian Burial Celebration starting at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 701 S. Eola Road, Aurora, IL, 60504. Burial will follow at Risen Lord Cemetery in Oswego, IL 60543.
