Jacqueline Mae Nelson, age 68, of Harwood Heights, IL, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at The Grove of Fox Valley in Aurora, IL. She was born August 19, 1948 in Chicago, IL the daughter of John and Clara nee Lipinski Urcherek. Prior to her retirement, Jacqueline worked as a nurse at Chicago Read Behavioral Health Center and Warren Barr Pavilion both in Chicago, IL. She is survived by her children Mi'Lane (Carroll Howard) Cremeans of Oregon City, OR, Lisa (John) Toton of San Ramon, CA, Laura Poorman of San Ramon, CA, Paul (Marcy) Nelson of Montgomery, IL, grandchildren Ava & John "Jack" Toton, Faith Poorman, Stephen & Lucy Nelson and a sister Sylvia Matusik of Little Rock, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Stephen and a brother Norbert Ucherek. A Celebration of Life will be held in June.
