Isabel "Chabela" Ortiz, 54, formerly of Chicago, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018. She was born on September 27, 1964 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Maximino and Ubaldina Rodriguez. She was a member of St. Theresa's Church in Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Robert Ortiz, son Juan Robert Ortiz Jr., and Daughter Yesenia Maria Ortiz. Sisters Magdalena Rodriguez, Yolanda (Cruz) Cartagena, Luz Maria (Ricardo) Fernandez, brothers, Ricardo (Gerri) Martinez, Gerardo (Ana) Martinez, William (Belinda) Martinez, Federico (Alicia) Bernal, Benjamin Martinez, and nine nieces and nephews.
