Hilda Frances "Fran" Coffman, age 89, of North Aurora, IL passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at St Patrick's Residence in Naperville, IL. She was born July 7, 1932 in Cottage Grove, TN the daughter of the late William and Ethel nee Bradley Sykes. Fran graduated with an Associate degree in Nursing from Triton College. She worked at Westlake Hospital in Melrose Park, IL in various departments. She was a member of the Cress Creek Garden Club, a devoted homemaker and an avid animal lover. Fran was the beloved wife of Harold Richard Coffman, devoted mother of Susan (Richard) Austin, Sharon (Kenneth) Campbell, Richard (Laurel) Coffman, David (Deborah) Coffman, Karen (Bill) Baxter, loving grandmother of Julie, Davey, Laurie, Jeff, Richie, Katy, Tim, Cory, Kara, Amy, Jenny, Billy, Kirsten and great grandmother to many. Cremation took place at American Crematory in Oswego, IL. Celebration of her life will be held at a date yet to be determined in TN.
