Guy R. Brown, age 81, of Oswego, IL, peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at his home.  He was born December 1, 1935 in Bellwood, IL, the son of Raymond and Ruth Brown. Guy proudly served his country in the US Air Force from 1955 to 1958.  Following is service, Guy worked as an air traffic controller in Aurora, IL until his retirement.  In his spare time, Guy loved to go bowling and golfing.  His greatest love was his family, especially his grand and great grandchildren.   He is survived by his children Michael (Judy) Brown of Oswego, IL, Melissa Brown-Webster of Oswego, IL, Kevin Brown of Oswego, IL, Marty, Deborah, and Pam, 14 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, brothers John (Judy) Brown and Robert Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Delores and a sister Barbara King. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL  60543.  Funeral will be held on Monday, November 27, 2016 at 10:30 AM at the funeral home.  Burial with military honors will follow at Fairview Memorial Cemetery in Northlake, IL.  Memorials may be made to Wags 2 Wishes, 23907 W.
