Gilberto Castro, Sr., age 67, of Aurora, IL, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Presence Mercy Center in Aurora, IL. He was born August 14, 1950 in Mexico the son of Eliseo and Juana nee Lopez Castro. He is survived by his wife of almost 35 years Magdalena Castro of Aurora, IL, children Maria Rocha of Aurora, IL, Gilberto (Natasha) Castro, Jr., of Aurora, IL, grandchildren Maximus Rocha, Roman Castro, four sisters and four brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son-in-law Rodolfo Rocha, Jr. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Therese Catholic Church, 271 N. Farnsworth, Aurora, IL.
