George Anthony Zakrzewski, Jr., age 82, of Oswego, IL died Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born August 22, 1938 in Chicago, IL the son of the late George A and Frances (Lewandowski) Zakrzewski, Sr. He is survived by three daughters Dawn Kusnierz, Sandra (Leonard) Barr, Donna (Mark) Weber, a son George A Zakrzewski III (Mandy), ten grandchildren Nicole Kusnierz, Jeffery (Ashley) Kusnierz, Katie (Josh) Morris, Randall Barr (Veronica), Shannon (Charlie) Barr, William and Rebecca Weber, George A IV (Kayla), Jason (AnnaRose) and Ashley (Katy) Zakrzewski; great grandchildren Landon, Rowan, Audrey, Phoenix, Dalles, Nevada, Hayden, Cali, Olivia, Nash, Piper, Mario, Ari and Bailey; two sisters Frances Zakrzewski, Tina (Mike) Voeller, Goddaughter Amber (Steven) Towne, Daughter in law Christene Zakrzewski, many nieces and nephews and his fishing buddy Butch (Cindy) Barr. He was preceded in death by his wife Carol Zakrzewski and three sisters Rosie, Nancy and Geri. Funeral services will be on Friday September 11, 2020 viewing will be from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM followed by words from clergy, family and friends at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
