Jeffrey R. Galas Jeffrey R. Galas, 56, of Oswego passed away Friday, April 5, 2013 at his residence. Jeffrey was born January 26, 1957, in Peru, Illinois to Raymond & Irene (Mikus) Galas. After graduating from Bradley University, he worked as an engineer for over 25 years for USA Forms. He was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Oswego, the Knights of Columbus and the Lambda Chi fraternity of Bradley University. He married Sherry Tostovarsnik on March 17, 1984 and she survives. He is survived by his Father, Raymond Galas of Peru; a daughter, Megan Galas of Oswego; a son, Kyle Galas of Oswego; a sister, Lisa Bland of Spring Valley; and a brother, Mike (Rachel) Galas of Peru. He was preceded in death by his mother. Visitation will be held from 5:00 -9:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Dunn Family Funeral Home with Crematory, 1801 S. Douglas Rd., Oswego, IL., 60543-0665. A mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 551 Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, IL., 60543.
