Frank Harold Piggott, 89, of Sheridan, passed away at Kishwaukee Hospital on December 6, 2021. Frank was born on September 4, 1932, in Aurora to Cecil and Catherine (Haskell) Piggott. He married Mary Palmer on September 8, 1956, at the Trinity Episcopal Church in Aurora. Mary passed on January 11, 2014. He served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1952-1955. He had worked as an office foreman for many years for IL. Bell Telephone in the western suburbs and Chicago before retiring in 1985. He is survived by his son Charles (Rebecca Olson) Piggott of Sheridan, his daughter, Catherine (Joseph) Stratman, of Big Rock, and his brother Cecil (the late Marilyn) Piggott of Oswego, and his nephew Larry (Shirley Miller) Piggott and niece Mary Chidester. Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Piggott. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021, 10:00 A.M. at the Sheridan Cemetery.
