Deanna Marie Forth, 76, of Sheridan died Wednesday morning, October 8, 2014 at her home. Deanna was born August 13, 1938 in Newark to Kermit & Frances (Brown) Phillips. She married Roger Forth September 8, 1957 in Sheridan. She been a cashier at the Sheridan State Bank for several years and had then worked in the business office of the Sheridan Correctional Center until he retirement in 2002. She is survived by her husband, Roger; her two daughters, Cathy Wiley of Sheridan, Cindy Forth of Ottawa; a granddaughter, Erin (John) Anderson of Serena and a great granddaughter Payton Anderson of Serena. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Orvan "Butch" Phillips; a son in-law, Paul Wiley and a granddaughter Jamie Jo Wiley. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. till noon Friday, October 10th at the Gabel-Dunn Funeral Home Ltd. in Sheridan. According to Deanna's wishes, cremation services were accorded and there will no memorial service. Memorials may be directed to the Sheridan Volunteer Ambulance Service.
