Evalyn Jean Williams, 77, of Sandwich formerly of Sheridan and Friendship, Wisconsin died Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion. Evalyn was born February 22, 1937 in Clarence Missouri to Lonnie & Ruby (Neff) Davis. She married Melvin Carl Williams September 19, 1954 in Aurora. Melvin passed July 29, 1999. She was a member of the Sheridan American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her two daughters, Melva (Vernon) Sebby of Sandwich, Peggy Figgins of Sheridan; her son, Karl Williams of Friendship, Wisconsin; six grandchildren. David (Geeta) Armstrong, Chandra (Jay) Adams, Zachary Sebby, Robyn (Jason) Butler, Adam Figgins, Brittney McCollum; seven great grandchildren and a brother Glenn (Audrey) Davis of Aurora. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Melvin and a brother, Fay Davis. Visitation will be held from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 9 th with the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Hyo-Sun Oh officiating at the Gabel-Dunn Funeral Home Ltd. in Sheridan.
