Eugene David Ziemba, 77, of rural Newark died Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Morris Community Hospital. Eugene was born December 28, 1937 in Chicago to Benjamin & Anna Knapczyk Ziemba. He married Nancy Mensching, October 28, 1967 in Chicago. He had recently retired as a custodian at the Oswego School Dist. #308. He had served in the US. Marines Corps stationed in Okinawa. He is survived by his wife Nancy; his three children, Christopher (Shelly) Ziemba of Knox, IN., Daniel (Valerie) Ziemba of Huntley, Capreece (Bill) Lehmann of Newark; two grandchildren, Andrew & Meghan Lehmann; a brother, Michael Ziemba and a sister, Irene Kuban of Cicero. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Tony & Richard and two sisters, Nora & Bernadette Vrigl.
