Enrique "Henry" Rodriguez, Jr., age 78, of Aurora, IL, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL.

He was born July 14, 1946 in San Antonio, TX, the son of Enrique Rodriguez, Sr., and Eulalia nee Delgado Rodriguez.

Henry was a devoted man to his family and friends. He cherished and loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He was well known for his great tejano dancing and enjoying his time with friends. He enjoyed watching football and baseball of his Chicago teams especially the Bears and Cubs, as well as supporting his grandchildren's sports activities Above all, family was his greatest priority.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years Brenda Rodriguez, children Xavier Rodriguez, Terrie Rodriguez, Jamie (Katie) Davis, Enrique "Rick" Rodriguez, III, Raquel (George) Esparza, grandchildren Denise, Angelica, R.J., Alex, Julian, Juvia (Fiancé Brian Dorn), Makayla, Lily, Mia, Marissa, Natalie, Gabriella, George, great-grandchildren Angelique, Alizza, Victor, Isaac, great-great-grandson Angelo, sister Lollie (Robert) Reed, brother Larry (Bonnie) Rodriguez and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Epi, Armandina and Soyla.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.

A graveside service will be on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 11:30 AM at River Hills Cemetery in Batavia, IL.
