Patricia A Emery, age 79, of Wolcottville, IN died peacefully at the home of her Step daughter and son in law in Yorkville, IL on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. Pat was surrounded by many family members, close friends, her caregiver Ola and under the exceptional care of Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care at the time of her peaceful passing. She was born November 17, 1934 in Decatur, IL the daughter of the late Lyle and Nelle nee Smith Foster. Prior to her retirement she had worked for several years in the admitting department of Copley Memorial Hospital in Aurora, IL. She was a member of the American Legion Auxillary, Fraternal Order of the Eagles and Elks Lodge all in Kendallville, IN and also the Sandwich IL Moose Lodge #1059. She is survived by her children Kathleen Beary of WI, Teresa Jones of Amboy, IL, Step Children Debra (Michael) Bartholomew of Yorkville, IL, Steven Emery of IN, David (Dawn) Emery of Yankton, SD, Dean Emery of Bartonville, IL; thirteen grandchildren Falicia (Matt) Morgan, Rachel, Jacqueline and James Jones, Nick and Grant Czadzeck, Jamie and Bryan Bartholomew, Ryan & Chad Emery, Deanna, Derrick, and Dustin Emery, Vincent and Heather Emery; several great grandchildren; sister Gloria (John) Jarger of Skokie, IL, brother Ron (Bonny) Foster of LasVegas, NV, also several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Emery,her son James Beary. Memorials may be directed to Seasons Hospice, 2195 W. Diehl Rd., Naperville, IL 60560. Visitation will take place on Sunday, March 9, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until the service time of 2:30 p.m. at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 Douglas Road Oswego, IL.
