Elsa (Blair) Hutchings, 91, of Oswego passed away peacefully on October 12, 2023, at home in Oswego. She was sitting in her recliner, feet up, tv on, cup of coffee and her dog Pumpkin by her side.

Elsa was born January 31, 1932, in Leitchfield, KY to the late William and Lily (nee) King Blair.

Elsa worked at Anchor Brush in Montgomery, IL until her retirement.

Elsa is survived by 3 daughters, Karen Hall of Oswego, IL, Kim (Jerry) Petoskey of Oswego, IL, Kristi (Mark) Bortner of Batavia, IL; 2 sons, Steve (Vicki) Hutchings of Montgomery, IL, Rick (Jodi) Hutchings of Steward, IL; her sister Mary Montgomery of Lexington, IL; 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews and sister in law Shirley.

Elsa is preceded in death by her husband Richard and her parents.

Mom had a saying, "the good Lord willing and the creek don't rise" well, we guess the creek has risen!
