Elizabeth E. Detzler, 24 years, of Aurora, IL died Saturday, June 20, 2015 at the University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She was born December 15, 1990 in Aurora, IL. She was a member of the Class of 2009 of West Aurora High School where she was involved in band and enjoyed all things artistic in school and thereafter. She was a loyal Chicago sports fan for all sports but, especially the Blackhawks. She was employed at Target in Batavia, IL as a flow clerk stocking the store after hours. Elizabeth is survived by her mother Wanda L nee Rowcliffe Detzler, two brothers Patrick Detzler at home and Cpl. Derek Detzler serving with the USMC at Camp Lejeune, NC, paternal grandfather James K Detzler, two uncles Don (Lynn) Detzler of Oswego, IL, David Rowcliffe of Aurora, IL, cousin Gracie Detzler of Oswego, IL, great uncle Mike (Karen) Detzler of Brandon, FL, great aunt J Maureen Secor of Oswego, IL. She was preceded in death by her father William C Detzler, maternal grandparents Don and Frances Rowcliffe, paternal grandmother Judith Detzler, paternal great grandparents Charles and Nellie Weiss, paternal great grandparents King and Maureen Detzler and uncle Jerry Secor. Visitation will take place on Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 Douglas Rd Oswego, IL. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 26, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Cremation will follow at American Crematory in Oswego, IL.
