Elaine Vogt Heiman, 92 of Aurora, IL passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023 at Alden of Waterford.

She was the daughter of Leon and Ruth Vogt. She was married for 56 years to Dale Heiman. They really enjoyed spending the summers in Lake Delavan, Wisconsin with their children and grandchildren and  their winters in North Fort Meyers, FL. One of her best memories was being a teacher's aide at Granger Middle School. In her later years, she loved taking her Shih Tzu dog, Biff and spending the winters with her son in Long Beach, California. She enjoyed fashion, tap dancing, singing, and reading.

She is survived by her 3 sons Larry, Jim and Tom and their spouses; and her brother Dr. Richard Vogt of Littleton, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Kent and daughter Pam.

Visitation will take place on Friday, September 8, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the funeral service at 1:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 Douglas Rd., Oswego, IL 60543

Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Bristol, IL.
