Edward J Wolfe III, age 89, went home to the Lord Jan 15, 2021. Adored husband of Cathryn (Nelson) for 65 years, who he met at a roller rink. Loving father of Christopher, Phillip (Susan), Sonja (Mike Eddy) Wolfe & Grandpa to Breggin (Anthony) Lioce, Brandon & Peyton Eddy. Born in Ottawa IL to the late Edward II & Minnie (Tucker) Wolfe, dear brother to the late Margaret Chaney. Fond uncle of nieces & nephew. A life long driving career started during Army service, continued with 18 wheelers, & retired as a Walt Disney World transportation cast member. He enjoyed classic & hot rod cars, watching NASCAR, woodworking, DIY projects & coffee making at church. A private funeral service has been held. Interment at Nelson Family Cemetery, Norway, IL.
