"It is with a very heavy heart that our family has made the decision to POSTPONE THE CELEBRATION OF LIFE PLANNED FOR ED THAT WAS TO TAKE PLACE ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8.
Due to the COVID concerns and the large gathering expected, we thought it best to wait until Spring 2021, and truly celebrate with all his family and friends, with NO worries about anyone's health and well-being.
We are very sorry if this causes problems with travel plans, etc., No one can predict how bad it might get in the coming weeks/months.
We cannot tell you the joy it has brought us to know how much Ed was loved -- and all the people who planned on coming to his Celebration. And we hope you will be able to join us when we plan for a new date in 2021.
Please spread the word so that everyone knows the change in plans.. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
