Donna Lee Schlapp, age 72, of Oswego, IL died Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Seasons Hospice in Naperville, IL.She was born July 11, 1942 in Aurora, IL the daughter of the late Edward W and Verna L nee Moses Zieche. Prior to her retirement in 2002 she had been employed by Siemens formerly Furnas Electric in Batavia, IL. She was a member of St Paul Lutheran Church and the Class of 1960 of East Aurora High School both in Aurora, IL. She is survived by her husband Danny (whom she married on July 12, 1980 in Aurora, IL), a daughter Penny (Martin) Kryfka of Kansas City, KS, three grandchildren Faith Bryant; Jordan and Noah Kryfka; three brothers Edward (Diane) Zieche of St Charles, IL, Frank (Susan) Zieche of Aurora, IL, William (Subin) Zieche of Cheney, WA, also several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death a son John Oliver, two sisters Jesse Layman and a baby in infancy and a brother Roy Zieche. Visitation will take place on Friday, December 26, 2014 from 12:00 Noon until the funeral service at 2:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY1801 Douglas RoadOswego, IL. Burial will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL.
