Dona Maria Wcislo, age 79, of Schaumburg, IL, formerly of Lisle, IL and Pensacola, FL, died with her loved ones by her side on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Alexian Brothers Hospice in Elk Grove Village, IL.

She was born January 21, 1944, in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Anthony and Doris (Matteson) Garcia.

Dona was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Lisle, IL and Nativity Church in Pensacola, FL.

Dona is survived by her loving daughter Sarah Wcislo and brother Michael (Barbara Barut) Garcia.

Dona was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, her parents, and her brother Anthony Garcia Jr.

A Memorial Mass for Dona will be celebrated on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 820 Division Street Lisle, IL.

Inurnment will follow at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery in Naperville IL.
