Dillon Ryan Jennings, age 28, passed away suddenly on November 22, 2022.

He was born May 16, 1994, in Furth, Germany, the son of Brian and Anne Nee Lipkin Jennings.

He was a graduate of Oswego East High School, class of 2012. Dillon entered into bootcamp at the age of 17 and proudly served in Camp Casey South Korea, Fort Stewart and Fort Benning. He loved hiking in the forest preserve where he favored taking photographs of nature. During his free time he enjoyed boxing, running long distances and writing poetry.

Survived by his parents Brian and Anne, siblings Levi (Kenzie) and Ciara, grandparents Charles and Barbara Lipkin, Clare Jennings of Dublin, Ireland, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by his grandfather Brendan Jennings.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 28, 2022, 12:00 NOON until time of funeral service at 4:30 P.M. at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 S. Douglas Road Oswego, IL 60543.

Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the United States Army.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Kendall County Forest Preserve 110 West Madison Street Yorkville, IL 60560 would be appreciated.
