Dennis W. Walper, age 74, of Montgomery, IL, peacefully passed away on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Jennings Terrace in Aurora, IL. He was born April 30, 1943 in Aurora, IL the son of Arthur Richard and Pansy nee Shoger Walper. Prior to his retirement, Dennis worked for Oswego School District 308 as a custodian. He also worked many years for Fox Valley Park District. He was a lifetime member of the Moose. He is survived by his sisters Louann Nelson of Montgomery, IL, Sharon Todd of Euliss, TX, brother Henry Walper of Montgomery, IL, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Dorothy Houghtby, Jessie Schillinger, brothers Richard, Robert, Donald, David, Jack and Kenneth and step--mother Caroline Walper. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 10:00 AM until a memorial service at 11:00 AM at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S.
