Dennis Lester Duffy, age 71, of Oswego, IL died Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL with his loving family at his side. He was born August 28, 1944 in Freeport, IL. He was employed at the Montgomery Post Office for 40 years and retired in April of 2014. He was a life member of the Tiger Athletic Association of Aurora, IL. He is survived by two sons Daniel (Patricia) Duffy of Yorkville, IL, Douglas (Patricia) Duffy of Watseka, IL, five grandchildren Derrek (Mary Elizabeth) Duffy, Darren (Kristin) Duffy, Douglas "DJ" (Shantel) Duffy, Kayla (Alex Jordan, fiancé) Duffy, Dylan Duffy, two great grandchildren Kayson Duffy, Carson Duffy, two sisters Vicki Kleinfelt, Sherry Brookner, a brother Kenneth (Sharon) Duffy, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Diana W Duffy, parent's Bill and Betty nee Rehfeld Ness, one Sandra Pierson sister, two brothers Thomas and Terry Ness. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 Douglas Road Oswego, IL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL.
