Dean Bernard Larson, age 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at the Symphony of the Tiller in Oswego, Illinois. He was born on September 5, 1928 in Aurora, Illinois to the late Ernest O. and Matilda nee Steiner Larson. Dean was a 1946 graduate of East Aurora High School and proudly served his country during the Korean War with the United States Army. He worked at Stephens - Adamson Manufacturing, Thor Power Tool and later was bar manager at the Irish Club in Aurora Illinois. Dean loved all sports golfing, bowling and baseball were his favorites. He was a member of the Edgebrook and Phillips Park Golf Clubs playing in many tournaments. He was also an avid bowler playing on many different leagues during his 30s into his 50s and played ball with the Seal Masters. He is survived by his two brothers Gordon "Gordy" (Pam) Larson of Yorkville, Illinois, Donald (Rosie) Larson of Aurora, Illinois and many wonderful nieces and nephews. His comical wonderful personality will be missed by all. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Vernice (Bud) Reynolds, Lorraine (Bev) Crosby, three brothers, Merle, Gerald and Frederick (Joyce) Larson.
