David Rogers, 90, of Oswego, IL passed away on July 17, 2024, in Naperville, IL. He was born on May 8, 1934, in Highland Park, MI.

He attended Whittier Grade School and Dondero High School. He graduated from Wayne State University and Michigan State University with an MBA. He was elected to and became the National Alumni Association President of Wayne State University in 1967.

He worked at Hudson's for over 20 years rising to the Vice-President of Human Resources. He continued to become the Director of Human Resources at Saginaw General Hospital and Crowley's. Then started consulting for a Human Resources Consulting firm.

He is survived by his wife Alwynn J "Sue" Rogers, (whom he was married to for 63 years), daughter Sherri Lynn (Brian) Kubera, grandchildren Cassandra and Cameron Kubera, additional family Marj, George, and Amanda Lowe.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 1:00 PM until the memorial service at 3:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 Douglas Rd, Oswego, IL.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials in his name to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
