Darrell C Smith, 75 years, of Oswego, IL died Monday, November 5, 2018 at Presence Mercy Center in Aurora, IL. He was born January 14, 1943 in Aurora, IL the son of the late James G and Evelyn nee Wildy Smith. Darrell was employed at Caterpillar Tractor Co in Aurora, IL as a painter in material handling prior to his retirement in 1998 after 33 years. Darrell is survived by his wife Karen M nee Chambers Smith, daughter Deborah K Smith, daughter in law Victoria Smith, two sisters Louann Mills, Patricia D Dunlap, three brothers James (Joann) Smith, Bruce G Smith, Ronald (Michelle) Smith also several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Richard A Smith, two brothers Donald T Smith and Larry N Smith. Visitation will be on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 9:30 AM until the funeral service at 11:30 AM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 Douglas Road Oswego, IL.
