Sheri Dawn Cully, age 64, of Montgomery, IL passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born February 28, 1949 in Geneva, IL, the daughter of Donald and Martha Sloss Nelson. She worked for the Kane County State's Attorney for many years as a child support secretary. She enjoyed sewing and sailing, but her greatest love was her family. She also was fond of her animals. She is survived by her husband Robert Cully of Montgomery, IL, daughter Julie (Nick) Lanzara of Montgomery, step-son Mark (Jill) Cully of Bolingbrook, IL, grandchildren Ian Dries and Adrianna Lanzara both of Montgomery, IL sister Cynthia (Ken) Neltnor of Spring Grove, IL, aunt Virginia Davis of St. Charles, IL and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son Brian Forni. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 4:00 PM until service time of 6:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Road, Oswego, IL 60543.
