Frank Owen Coulter, age 83, of Montgomery, IL died peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at his residence. He was born September 9, 1930 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Eugene and Janie Mae (Hardin) Coulter. He is survived by his wife Kathleen Cloonen, five daughters Jeanne Coulter of LaGrange, IL, Donna (Michael) Novak of Montgomery, IL, Elizabeth (Douglas) Gervais of Montgomery, IL, Barbara Coulter of DeKalb, IL, Laura (David) Reifman of Chicago, IL, a son James (Brooke) Coulter of Montgomery, IL, twenty grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and a brother George (Shirley) Coulter of WI. He was also preceded in death by two daughters Eileen Coulter, Patricia Aldrich, three sisters and six brothers.
