James Trent Conard, age 70, of Aurora, IL formerly of Carpentersville, IL died Sunday, October 27, 1913 Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born December 13, 1942 in Minneapolis, MN the son of the late Ralph J and Marjorie L nee Jones Conard. Jim was a member of St Therese Catholic Church in Aurora, IL, the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart Lay Associates and the Knights of Columbus Council #6248 of St Monica's in Carpentersville, IL. He had been employed as a bus driver in the Carpentersville School District #300 for many years and he worked as a chef for the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart in Aurora, IL until he retired in 2007. Jim is survived by his wife Diann nee Rakow, three daughters Mariann Davidson of Freeport, IL, Kristie (Richard Miller) Conard of Carpentersville, IL, Kimberly (Robert) Flores of Harvard, IL, two sons Robert (Melissa) Conard of Woodstock, IL, Trent (Christine Gibson) Conard of Carpentersville, IL, twenty three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a sister Judy Larson of Appleton, WI. He was preceded in death by a grandson Charles Mascheri, in-laws Arnold and Helen Rakow and brother-in-law David Culp. A gathering of family and friends will take place at St Therese Catholic Church 271 No. Farnsworth Ave., Aurora, IL Saturday November 2, 2013, from 10:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am.
