Clemencia R. Diccion, age 79, of Oswego, IL, peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 15, 1941 in the Philippines, the daughter of Pedro and Inez nee Sena Rodriguez. Clemencia enjoyed listening to music, especially the oldies and was a fan of Elvis. She loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by her husband Jose A. Diccion, son Amory (Stacy) Diccion, grandchildren Adriel and Audrey Diccion, sisters May (Concepto) Flores, Alice (Ramon) Manalo and brother Edwin (Vilma) Rodriguez. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter in infancy Gemma Diccion and a sister Marietta Quiban. Cremation was performed and all services will be private.
