Cheryl A Hart, age 76, of Yorkville, IL went to rest with her family at her side at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL after a long courageous battle against cancer. She was born February 1, 1946, in Aurora, IL the daughter of the late Thomas E and Mildred R (Pierce) Costello, Jr. Prior to her retirement in 2013 she was the Director of Electronic Medical Records for Dreyer Medical Clinic Aka Advocate Medical Group. She was a member of St Patrick Catholic Church in Yorkville, IL, Sit & Stitch Group, Historical Book at Somonauk Library, St Pat's Shawl Ministry, Board member for Yorkville CPAA Community Policing Alumni Association Secretary, Water Safety Instructor, Foster Parent from 1974 to 1978 for 20 children for Catholic Social Services. Cheryl is survived by her daughter Kimberly A (Jay) Zukowski, two sons Scott A (Leslie) Hart, Richard T (Annette) Hart, seven grandchildren Lauren, and Carly Zukowski, Thomas (Robin), Joseph and Faith Hart, Rachel and Jonah Hart, great-granddaughter Astrid, brother Tom Costello, nineteen foster children, special cousin Joan Schultz. She was preceded in death by great-grandson Tommy Hart in 2022 and foster son Kevin in 1978. Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 Douglas Road, Oswego, IL. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM at St Patrick Catholic Church, 406 Walnut Street, Yorkville, IL 60560.
