Charles A. Reichle, age 82 years of Oswego, IL died Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Seasons Hospice in Naperville, IL. He was born May 9, 1936 in Cincinnati, OH the son of the late Charles A. and Thelma (Blue) Reichle.
Mr. Reichle married Carol Moffat in McKeesport, PA. He was a graduate of Wilmington College in Ohio. He had a long career in Corporate Procurement until his retirement in June of 2002 from Vulcan Materials in Birmingham, AL. He served in the United States Coast Guard, was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Naperville, IL. and the Oswego American Legion Post 675.
He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Carol, daughter Susan (David) Daneliak of Naperville, IL, his son James (Lisa Salisbury) Reichle of Crystal Lake IL, two grandchildren Sarah and Kevin Daneliak. He is also survived by his sister Elizabeth Ann (Donald) Lieder of Toledo, Ohio, and his brother Philip (Joyce) Reichle of Oak Ridge, TN, Brother-In-Law William Moffat of Waldorf, MD and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be on Monday, January 7, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME WITH CREMATORY, 1801 S. Douglas Rd., Oswego, IL 60543-0665. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Naperville, 1310 Shepherd Dr., Naperville, IL 60565 at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be at Naperville Cemetery, 705 S. Washington St., Naperville, IL 60540.
