Charles Lou Parker, age 84, of Oswego, IL died peacefully Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Autumn Leaves in Oswego, IL. He was born August 14, 1932 in Elmhurst, IL the son of the late Samuel H. and Katherine C. nee Ellerington Parker. He was a member of Colonial Williamsburg Foundation; he served in the Army Reserves after World War II. He was employed as an insurance adjuster at Fireman's Fund prior to retirement in the late 1990s. He is survived by a sister Audree Rein and brother Tom Parker. Private services were held.
