Carol Terese Kelly, 84, of Montgomery, IL passed away peacefully on August 25, 2024, at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. She was born April 28, 1940, in Chicago, IL to Norman and Elizabeth (Falkenthal) Pattison.

Carol was a caring woman with a huge heart, but her family and dear friends are what Carol loved most. She was happiest when surrounded by her loved ones. Carol was always positive and willing to laugh. Everyone was drawn to Carol. She just had that special soul.

She is survived by her children Michael (Kathy) Kelly, Tom (Sara) Kelly, Donna (Brian) Robinson, Brian (Stacy) Kelly, grandchildren Shanna (Mike) Workman, Meagan (Jason) Duncan, Madison Kelly, Abigail Kelly, Jack Robinson, Lizzie Horsley great grandchildren Kiralee Workman, Emmalyn Workman, Layla Workman, Bowen Duncan, Cael Duncan, also many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Kelly on May 29, 2012, her parents, brother Bernard (Sophie) Pattison and Bill (Rosemary) Pattison.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Anderson Farm Senior Apartments, 1500 Briarcliff Road, Montgomery, IL.
