Carol Lynn (nee Jackson) Faxon, age 66 years of Aurora, IL was born on August 10, 1951 in Elmhurst, IL. Beloved wife of Derrick "Rick" Faxon. She returned to her Heavenly Father on December 13, 2017. Loving mother of Christina Winiarczyk (Fullington), Charles Matthew Fullington, David (Liz) Faxon, Matthew (Stacy) Faxon. Grandmother to Morgan (Christopher) Martin, Jenna Winiarczyk, Madison Winiarczyk, Justice Winiarczyk, Charles Fullington, Desiree Faxon, Alexis Faxon, Kaitlyn Faxon, Trinity Faxon, Dajhia Faxon, Matthew Faxon, Jr. Great Grandmother of Taylor Martin, Brother Mark (Judy) Jackson and Sister Janet Morgan. Special friends Imelda Fullington and Ginny Sprawka. Fond Aunt of Jayme Castiglione, Michelle Rice and Robin Garrison. Great Aunt to Carly and Cori Rice and Evangeline Castiglione. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and LaVerne Jackson. During her life Carol enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed traveling and small weekend trips with her husband Rick and playing with her puppy Buddy. She graduated from Harper College with a degree in Paralegal Studies. Among her many accomplishments, she helped with a Divorce Recovery Singles Group at Willow Creek Church in West Chicago, IL and for 7 years lead the Singles Ministry. She was a member of the West Suburban Singles Group, where she met her husband of 6 years. She worked for William J. Stogsdill, Jr. PC, where she was a paralegal in Family Law. Carol held a strong connection to her faith and enjoyed talking about the Bible with others. She will be dearly missed by all.
