Bonnie J. Gunterman, age 85, of Montgomery, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Alden of Waterford in Aurora, IL.

She was born June 21, 1937, in Aurora, IL, daughter of Russell and Jeanne (nee Jennings) Campbell.

Bonnie was a loving and giving person, she worked at Mercy Center in Aurora until her retirement in 1992 and as a door greeter at Walmart for 10 years. She loved gardening and planting flowers. Bonnie adored spending quality time with all her grand kids. She will be deeply missed.

Bonnie is survived by son James (Pamela) Gunterman of North Carolina; daughters Susan (Dave) Mueller of Newark, IL, Lisa Gunterman of Montgomery, IL.

She was loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother to many.

Preceded in death by her parents, son Daniel Gunterman, sister Mary Curley, and brother Ralph Campbell.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022, at DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY 1801 S. Douglas Rd Oswego, IL 60543 from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 12:00 P.M.

Interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Park Aurora, IL.

Memorials in her name to the Alzheimer Association 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17 Chicago, Illinois 60601 would be appreciated.
