Becky Jane (Creager) Lockwood, 79 of Oswego walked into the arms of Jesus on Friday, September 24th, 2021. She is survived by Jack Lee Lockwood, her loving husband of 60 years. Lovingly remembered by her children Mark (Terri) Lockwood of Oswego, Wenda (Steve) Gette of Yorkville, Angela (Andrew) Gill of Oswego. Devoted grandmother of 15 grandchildren; Jamie, Katie, Mark, Kevin, Jackie, Grant, Malia, Dakota, Lindsey, Thomas, Austin, Tevon, Trevor, Kaliyah, Logan, along with 12 great grandchildren. Becky was a very dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. She's also survived by three brothers; Ronnie (Julie) Creager of Rochelle, Jack (Judi) Creager of Gray Summit, Carey Wayne Creager of Gray Summit. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Lavern Creager and Anna Marie (Goben) Creager, two sisters Tancie Timm and Sally Redmond and two brothers, Tom Creager and Doug Creager. Becky was very talented- She was the owner of Becky's Beauty Salon in Oswego for many years. She went back to school to get her GED at the age of 61. She got her Masters at Wilton School of Cake Decorating and was a cake decorator. She has won many awards for her cakes. She was a very giving person who spent her time sewing clothing, masks, and blankets for those in need. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the DUNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 1801 Douglas Road, Oswego, IL. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at Cross Lutheran Church, 8535 IL Rt #47, Yorkville, IL. Interment will follow at Cross Lutheran Cemetery.
