IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Angelyn
Wiencek
January 5, 1946 – November 5, 2025
On November 5, 2025, the world lost a remarkable soul, Angelyn Wiencek, who graced us with her presence for 79 beautiful years. Born on January 5, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois, Angelyn was the beloved daughter of Dominic Anthony Donile and Bernice (nee Trombatore) Donile. She was preceded in death by her parents and her cherished brother, Joseph Donile.
Angelyn spent her formative years in Chicago before eventually settling in Bolingbrook, Illinois, where she built her life, family, and enduring legacy. She was a devoted wife to her husband, Robert Wiencek, with whom she shared countless loving memories. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and an abundance of love.
As a proud mother, Angelyn was a guiding light to her sons, Robert Jr. (Lisa) Wiencek and Brian (Erin) Wiencek. Her love extended deeply into her role as a grandmother, where she relished every moment spent with her four grandchildren, Paige, Matthew, Casey, and Camden. Each of them held a special place in her heart, and she took immense joy in watching them grow, supporting their dreams, and creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
Angelyn had a fulfilling career, retiring from Hartford Insurance Company as a claims adjuster after many years of dedicated service. Beyond her professional life, Angelyn was a woman of many interests. She loved spending time with her family, whether it was gathering for celebrations or enjoying simple moments. She had a particular fondness for angels, a symbol of love and protection. Her life was marked by a quiet grace and the ability to bring comfort to those she loved. She had a gift for listening and unwavering support for her family and friends. Angelyn's legacy is one of love, compassion, and the deep connections she forged with those fortunate enough to know her.
As we reflect on the life of Angelyn, we are reminded of the lessons she taught us about kindness and family. Though she has departed from this world, her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. Rest in peace, dear Angelyn. You have left this world a better place, and your light will continue to shine in the lives you touched.
