Alan Lee Kies 74, of Aurora passed away. unexpectedly May 21, 2020 at Alden of Waterford. Alan is survived by his sister Cheri Schag (Peter) of Yorkville, and his brother Ronald Kies of Aurora, as well as several nieces and nephews. Alan was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Marjorie(Croyl) Kies, and his brother William M. Kies. Al was a very likeable guy and will be missed by many. He loved baseball especially the White Sox. He was also a member of the Tigers Club and Eagles Club in Aurora for many years. Al was a 1964 graduate of East Aurora High School. He served in the Air Force and worked many years at McKee door(Aurora) and later retired from Solar Press(Naperville). Due to the current pandemic there will be no services.
