Monuments
Permanent memorials, headstones, and grave markers serve as lasting tributes to your loved one's final resting place, offering a physical reminder of the bond you shared. These monuments create a space to honor and remember those who have passed, while also informing future visitors about the lives that were lived. For many families, the process of designing a meaningful memorial brings comfort, and visiting the chosen monument provides solace throughout the grieving journey.
Our monument provider is here to help you create a lasting tribute to the life of your loved one. Whether you have a specific design in mind or are seeking inspiration, we can bring your vision to life with any gravestone or larger memorial structure you envision.
Monument Materials
Physical monuments can be crafted from a variety of materials. Our monument provider offers several colors of granite grave markers and headstones, as well as cast bronze options. Granite memorials come in many different shapes (described below), while bronze markers generally lie flat with the burial site. Both materials are available in a range of prices to suit your family’s needs.
Monument Configurations
We offer a variety of monument styles to help you memorialize your loved one in a way that feels most meaningful. Use the following descriptions as a guide to begin your planning process:
- Upright Monuments
These monuments feature a vertical top portion (known as the “die”) and a horizontal base. They can be designed as single or double memorials. - Flat or Flush Marker
Flat markers are made from granite or bronze and lie flat at the head of the grave. Typically 3-4” thick, they can be made in single or double widths. - Bevel Marker
Bevel markers have a flat surface that is raised above the burial plot with a slight bevel from front to back. Available in both individual and companion options. - Slant Marker
Slant markers have a front panel slanted away from the burial site, with the rear edge raised higher. The front panels can be flat, oval, or serpentine, and can include information for one or two plots. - Specialty Monuments
We can create unique memorials such as benches, crosses, or other specialty monuments based on your specifications. Please note that the type of memorial may depend on the grave site location. Contact our office for more information.
